Develop a SMART health management system for non-Sarawakian employees that leverages advanced technology to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and real-time reporting capabilities
Establish a centralized and recognized digital health repository for Electronic Medical Records (EMR) to provide a unified, integrated platform for all relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate seamless and secure data sharing between Sarawak Health Department (SHD), Jabatan Immigration Malaysia Sarawak (JIMS), Immigration and Labour Management Unit (ILMU), and other authorized users to ensure efficient inter-agency collaboration.
Scale the system architecture to eventually encompass all non-Sarawakian entering Sarawak to ensure comprehensive long-term health monitoring.
Safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and accessiblity of all health data within SAFHIS in strict accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) 2010 and ethical data governance policies.
Implement rigorous security measures to prevent any unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of sensitive health information.
Together, these roles complete the comprehensive screening required for employment in Sarawak.

Conduct medical examinations and record results in EMR.

Perform X-ray screenings and submit electronic X-ray reports (EXR).

Process lab tests and upload electronic lab reports (ELR).
